Today we take a look at an intriguing new computer monitor from Samsung, the 225UW 22" monitor. The 225UW distinguishes itself from other monitors, with its integrated video conferencing. The video conferencing suite combines a 2 megapixel web camera, stereo speakers and a USB Hub!
The Samsung 225UW is capable of a maximum of 1680 x 1050 pixel resolution, a wide 16:10 aspect ratio, and a 700:1 contrast ratio. The monitor also has a fast 5 ms response time.
The 225UW works with Microsoft Office Communicator 2007, providing users the ability to connect with colleagues around the world without
any added peripherals such as a phone, headset or microphone. All are integrated into the monitor providing high quality visual and audio performance.
The monitor fully supports a wide variety of audio codecs, resulting in exceptionally clear voice conversations.
