Today we take a look at a new ultra compact digital video camera from Samsung, their SC-D455 Digicam. On top of being compact and extremely portable, the SC-D455 Digicam can be used to take digital stills and Mpeg 4 movies stored on a memory card as well as creating video.
The SC-D455 comes equipped with a large amount of stuff. You get a user manual, 2 software CD's, battery pack, power adapter/battery charger, USB cord, Composite video cord, shoulder strap, and camera bag.
The SC-D455 is a sleek looking little camcorder that's light and compact. The battery included is a 7.4v 800mAh Lithium Ion battery pack which will give you about an hour and twenty minutes when using the LCD screen and a total of about hour and a half when only using the eyepiece.
It uses mini DV tapes for recording and you can them either 60 minute or 90 minute cassettes.
