On the other end of the adapter are two cords, one for the microphone and the other is for headphones. Both plugs are color coded so not to confuse them.
One of the main problems with playing games while wearing headphones is comfort level. Most of the headphones i've used become bothersome of painful to wear after prolong periods of gaming. This is not the case with the Siberia headset. I have to say this is one of the most comfortable pair of headphones i've ever used.
