Paint Shop Pro 9 lets you easily enhance your photos such as getting rid of grainy specks on your photos by using the Digital Camera Noise remover. For quick photo fixing you can use the Automatic Photo Fix to sharpen, brighten, and enhance your photos.
The program also lets you edit, manipulate, and repair photos. You can erase the background of a picture, remove scratches,
correct lens distortions, and manipulate color. You can even add a custom border around your pictures from the many choices Paint Shop Pro 9 has available.
Art
If you're feeling artistic you can digitally paint pictures with a variety of styles such as Oil Paint, Marker, Chalk, Pastels, Crayons, and Color Pencils. You can also change the color by mixing, blending, and smearing colors. You can even use Image Tracing to repaint a photo or other image too.
Not only can you paint with color but you can also use different Material Styles to paint with gradients, patterns, solids, and textures.
