Today we take a look at a cool mod for your case that not only adds some lighting, but comes in handy when you're bringing your computer to a LAN party. We are speaking of course about SunBeamTech's LED Case Handles.
SunBeamTech's LED case handles come in a set of two handles with all the required mounting plates, screws and LED light wires. The LED Case Handle comes in three available colors red, green, and blue.
This product does require some knowledge of case modding as you will be required to measure where to install the handles and drill holes in your case.
Installation instructions:
1. First, make two templates according to the metal washer, use a sharp pencil to mark the gap of the holes and four 4mm-diameter holes on your each template,
2. Place templates on the top of the case panel where you’d like to install handles and drill holes with your drill.
3.After the holes are made, start to mount the double handles with screws.
4. Insert LED lamps into the second assembled holes from inside case, make sure the LEDs are securely fixed in the plastic handles’ pre-drilled holes,then clip the terminal part of LEDs with plastic washers.It can prevent LEDs from falling down off the holes.
5. Tighten all screws with nuts. Connect the molex connector to your PSU. Then enjoy the mobility and fantastic lighting of your case.

After assembling the handles, we noticed a problem. The metal insert for the handle wasn't fitting properly and was sticking up by just a bit. In the above photo the black outline above the handle is actually the metal insert sticking up. After a little man-handling of the metal insert by bending it a bit, it fit better.
Once we plugged the LED Handle to a free molex connector in the computer case, we were pleasantly surprised that the two tiny LED's were so bright.
SunBeamTech's LED Case Handle mod is a useful and attractive addition to any case. The mod does require some courage to drill holes into your perfectly fine case, but the final results are worth it.
