Above we have a shot of the back of the controller. As you can see there are four slots for the laser LEDs to plug into and the whole controller is powered by one molex connector. The molex connector's wire is plenty long to connect to the power supply, without having to go through the frustrations of trying to plug the cable inside the bay like some other controllers we've seen.
Each laser LED has a pivoting mount so you can fine tune the direction of the beam to get the most optimal effect inside your computer case. Each wire has a silver braided shield over the wires and a plastic coating to protect it.
The wires are quite long and should be able to reach anywhere your desire inside a standard mid-sized tower case.
When we first received the Chameleon for review we were quite excited by the concept, and we were not disappointed. The product works exactly as advertised, and the colors are very bright. The cool thing with the Chameleon controller is you can blend the three colors: red, green, and blue, by dialing in the amount of each color to create an almost infinite variety of colors. An example of this is shown in the bottom right photo above. For more examples of what you can achieve check this link here: More.
Pros:
-A variety of color combinations
-Easy to install
-Long cables
-Pivoting mounts on the Laser LEDs
-Bright LEDs
