On the side of the power supply is a removable panel shaped like an X. When the panel is removed the internal lighting will shine through the window.
Above is a picture of the panel removed from the power supply.
The fan speed controller can control up to two fans. The controller is made of aluminum and is has a nice silver finish.
To give your setup some much needed removal of hot air is a blower Fan able to exhaust out 10.9 to 26.9.
