Here's a shot of the back of the dual speed controller. Each rheostat is attached to a very long wire which connects to a fan provided from the kit. The wires are sufficiently long enough for most full towers though smaller cases you'll just have to try and tuck the excess some where.
Moving on, we have the smartfan2 in its new colors which i think is an improvement. The Smartfan 2 allows you to control it three different ways. One way is to have the included thermal probe placed under your cpu and let the fan decided when to speed up or slow down depending on how hot your CPU is.
Next setup is to set the fan to full speed. I wouldn't suggest this setting to anyone who has their computer in their bedroom as fan is quite loud at full speed.
The last method of controlling the fan is to set it up to the fan speed controller. This allows you to manipulate the speed of the fan at a touch of a dial.
The Blower fan is a new fan design concept with Two-way air induction for optimum air flow. The idea is the air from the fan would spread evenly on a heatsink.
