I would like to thank Jacque of Cardcooler for providing us the Crystal Neon Mouse for review.
Manufacturers have made all kinds products to illuminate computer cases in the past few years from cold cathodes to led fans, so why not a mouse?
Well we've found one that does just that the Crystal Neon Mouse.
The Crystal Neon Mouse is of the optical variety which does away with the old ball style. Included with the mouse is a USB to PS/2 adapter, and a driver and mouse application mini disc.
The application allows you the user to program the mouse sensitivity, click speed, and scroll wheel. The program also allows you to create various short cuts with the scroll wheel button when it's used as a third button. Some shorts cuts are: minimize window, maximize window, copy, paste, etc.
The USB to PS/2 adapter gives you the option of using the mouse as a USB device or plugged in the standard way. The adapter
is nice and small and doesn't cause any strain on the ps/2 port when plugged in.
