I would like to thank Alejandro of myirock for providing us the irock Wireless music adapter for review.
The irock wireless music adapter is a portable battery powered FM transmitter that plugs into a CD/mp3/Cassette player and can beam music to your stereo on one of four preset frequencies.
The unit is made of solidly constructed plastic and attaches to your music player by way of a 1/8" Stereo Plug. The frequency selector is on the side of the adapter where you can slide the switch to one of the four frequencies. The large button on top of the unit is used to turn the unit on and when it's on a red indicator light is activated.

To test out the Wireless Music adapter i plugged the unit into a irock 530 mp3 player as the source for the music.
I tried it out first on a home stereo and tuned the stereo to the first frequency 88.1 fm, and turned the mp3 player and the wireless adapter on. I was standing fairly close to the stereo and the sound was very good with no distortion.
Being curious as to how far away i could stand from the stereo without static, i proceeded to backup to about five feet away. The sound was still clear and so i moved even farther back about twelve or fifteen feet. I was getting a little bit of static, but depending on how i aimed the adapter at the stereo the static would stop. I finally tried further back but i was getting way to much static.
Next i tried out the other three frequencies just to check if they worked, which they did of course.
The last test was done in my car where the irock wireless adapter is really meant to be used. Now usually to play music from a cd player or an mp3 player into your car stereo cassette player you would need one of those 'cassette attached to a wire' adapters that usually break in about a month. With the irock wireless adapter you won't even have to deal with all that mess.
The unit worked with the car stereo just as brilliantly as my home stereo and many of my friends couldn't believe someone didn't think of this before!
One bug though is unless you have a battery charger you'll end up going through a lot of batteries. A cigarette lighter adapter would have been an ideal feature that the unit could use.
Pros:
-Easy to use
-Wireless
-Multiple Chanels
-Portable
-full Stereo Sound
