I'd like to thank Weller of Thermaltake for providing us with the Fireball Fan for review.
Case modders have been using led fans and cold cathode lights for awhile now and it's hard to find anything new to add to a computer case lately. Thermaltake though has come up with something new with their Fireball Fan Which includes on top of the standard tri color led fan a Double-side EL illuminating grill!
The fireball fan is a three colored led fan with a twist. On top of pushing out 27.8 CFM of air and illuminating
Blue, Green and Red the fan has a special fan grill. This special fan grill is a Double-side EL (electroluminescent) which
illuminates a corner at a time of the fan grill in a clockwise direction. The effect causes the viewer to see the flame pattern on the grill spin around.
The Fireball fan comes complete with everything you need to setup and install it. Included are mounting screws, an inverter with a sticky back tape for easy mounting, 3 pin to 4 pin molex adapter, instructions and the fan it's self.
