I’d like to thank Victorof Bitspower for providing us with the UV Fans for review.
With led colored fans becoming more mainstream, some companies have pushed to find the next new thing. One of these new products is UV fans. These fans illuminate with help of an ultraviolet light and can produce some vibrant colors.
Bitspower’s UV Fans are of the 80mm variety, which is the most popular size fan. The fans are rated to push out about 27 CFM of air, but they also have an extra feature. Each fan has a thermal sensor that controls the speed of the fan. Air flow varies between 21 CFM and 27 CFM depending on the temperature inside the case. Also included with each fan is a fan grill.

After turning on the UV cold cathode and turning off the lights I was able to see how UV the fans actually were. These fans are not pseudo or weakly illuminated UV fans, the colors are quite bright, vibrant and full colored. The pictures above hardly do them justice.
Pros:
- Good air flow to noise ratio
- Vibrant colors
- Thermal speed control sensor
