I’d like to thank Kevin of Athenatech for providing us the A747SS for review.
Today we're taking a look at Athenatech's A747SS mid tower computer case. If our first impressions are right this could be one sweet case so come check it out.
The A747SS front features four drive bays and two 3.5” drive bays.
The front of the case is easily removable by pulling the bottom of the case forward.
There you have access to the drive bays, and the front 80 mm intake fan.
The case is painted silver, and Athenatech has done a good job on the finish.
The front intake fan grill has huge holes, and should provide good air flow. One thing though there's no
fan filter provided. This could be a problem if you install a front fan, as it doesn't take long for a front intake fan to pull
huge amounts of dust into a computer.
On the top of the case is a unique and cool feature. The top has a door that gives you access to 2 USB ports,
a microphone jack and a headphone jack.
